What to expect

1. Inquire
The first step is always the hardest, if you ask me. BUT lets discuss details, see if we are a match to work together, and move forward from there!
2. Deposit/Contract
After we discuss details, I will send over a contract and invoice. My contract has to be signed and the deposit has to be paid within 48 hours. Need a payment plan for the remaining balance? Just ask! I am always happy to adjust things and make things more affordable all around! Below you will see my booking policy, which is also stated in my contracts!
3. Session Guide
After step 2 is completed, I will send over a full Session Guide. This will layout weather details, outfit guide, photo examples, and more so how I would guide you during the session. Below you can read more about the Session Guide and its layout.
4. Delivery
After our session, I carefully go through all the images and choose the best ones to edit and deliver. After 2 weeks you will receive a link and password, via email, to veiw your gallery online!

Payments
Rescheduling/Cancellations
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure you session date and time. This amount will go towards your final payment. If the deposit is not paid within 48 hours after the invoice is sent, your tentative day and time will be taken off of my schedule.
Payments
- Payments can be made via cash, Venmo, Cashapp, Facebook Pay, Debit/ Credit card, Klarna, and Afterpay.
Rescheduling/Cancellations
- As stated above, the deposit is non refundable. I do allow rescheduling within 48 hours with no penalty (with my best efforts to work with your schedule and mine). After 48 hours, I will reschedule but you will have to pay another non refundable deposit.
Weather and Location
- Outdoor sessions are weather dependent. I continuously check the weather the day of your session. If it calls for bad weather an hour prior to your session, we will reschedule unless other arrangements are made (dependent on distance to location). To change outdoor location to indoor location, there is an additional fee.
Turnaround Time
- Editing takes approximately 2 weeks. Once images are ready, you will be notifies via email.

Inspo Board
- This will layout the inspo we have discussed and what your overall goal is for your session.
Location
- This will map out the location I have picked out and go over details like parking, distance, and what spot we will meet at specifically. If we have more than one location picked out it will go over what order we will visit each location. I will also include location inspo from any previous sessions I may have had there so you have an idea of what I am seeing when I look at that area.
Inspo Board
- At this point I will put together any inspo you have sent me or that I have added. I want us to be clear on what our expectations are during the session.
Clothing
- I will put together a clothing guide for you, this will include color coordination, pattern guides, styles, and an overall thought of what I think would match the location best (doesn't always apply).
